Atma launched the Future of Impact Collaborative (FOI) 2.0 in partnership with organisations like Forbes Foundation, A.T.E. Chandra Foundation, Wipro Foundation, SVP, and Sattva Consulting.
FOI 2.0 is a game-changer in the social sector, designed as an ecosystem-level collaborative to support grassroots NGOs. Our innovative approach introduced the Common Minimum Programme, focusing on building ‘common minimum capacities’ crucial for thriving in the Indian social sector landscape.

Partner Visit : Shaishav
During the partner visit to Shaishav, Atma was represented by Vanita (Lead Consultant) and Megha (Consultant). The visit aimed to forge connections with the core team of Shaishav and engage with the youth of Balsena Collectives to comprehend the programmes and assess the impact created. An Organisational Strategy Workshop was conducted, involving activities such as aligning on hypothesis questions, portfolio analysis for all programmes, products, and services, SWOT analysis, goal setting, and prioritisation of strategies.
Additionally, Atma actively participated in an Awareness Campaign by Balsena Collectives in and around Bhavnagar, contributing to the overall collaborative effort to enhance the organisation’s impact and strategic alignment.
