Paneer cooked with Indian spices and eaten with a crimson sauce and soft butter roti, culminating in a mouthful of deliciousness.
Try out this mouth watering dish at
RECIPE ALERT: Coconut bread loaf
Ingredients:
- [ ] 180gms maida
- [ ] 150gms granulated sugar
- [ ] 150gms curd
- [ ] 1/2 cup flavourless less
- [ ] 1/4 cup coconut powder
- [ ] 22gms instant coconut water powder (I used 2 sachets of Shree Jal coconut water powder)
- [ ] 1 cup milk
- [ ] 1/2 tsp baking soda
- [ ] 1tsp baking powder
- [ ] 5-6 drops vanilla extract
Steps:
- [ ] Pre-heat the oven to 180*C. Line your baking container with parchment paper or grease it with oil and flour
- [ ] In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and coconut powder. Make sure to sift the flour.
- [ ] In a separate bowl, beat vegetable oil and sugar for 5-7mins.
- [ ] Then add in your curd, vanilla extract and coconut powder and mix gently until combined.
- [ ] Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in three batches, alternating with milk. Use a spatula to fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Do not over mix.
- [ ] Transfer the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake at 180*C for 35-40 minutes
