Mahabodhi school students won 8 gold , 8 silver and 6 brown at Natioanl level karate championships 2024.

Yesterday, on 10th February 2024, the National level Karate Championships 2024 were organized by Naga Martial Arts Academy Mysore in Mysore. A total of 25 students from Mahabodhi School participated in the competition, with 8 students winning gold, 8 students winning silver, and 6 students winning bronze medals. The school’s team management congratulated the karate coach, Akash, and the students. The prizes and certificates were distributed in the presence of CEO Mr. Jikmet Jyothi, Education Coordinator Mr. Venkateshwarlu, Principal Mr. Drawakeesh, and Karate Sensei Mr. Akash Ursu Mp.”

We are delighted to share this great news. Mr. Atuliya Bodh, a student of Mahabodhi School, has successfully cleared the EPFO SSA (Employees' Provident Fund Organization Social Security Assistant) examination conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). He has now been selected as SSA under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Mr. Atulya has been a student at Mahabodhi School Mysore since LKG, and we take great pride in his achievement.

Today is foundation day of Central Food and Technology Research Institute (CFTRI). Our 9th and 10th class students were invited for the program. Warmly welcomed the students and brefied about the establishment of the Institution. CFTRI was started in the year 1950 and presently has 38 institutes across India. Students were told about the use of technology, how packed foods are prepared and how they help farmers with minimum expenses and also suprised to know that first production of Amul milk powder was done here.
Also they showed large dosa making machine and ground nuts frying machine, all were served dosa and ground nuts to enjoy which was very delicious.
Students also had chance to see how different shape and size lab tubes are prepared. Then they checked height and weight of each individual to measure the Body Mass Index. Later they showed how honeybees prepare the honeycomb.
Finally students witnessed how tomato ketchup and fruits juice are prepared. They served fresh orange juice and sweet prepared by the institution.
It was wonderful and great learning experience for the students. All the staffs of CFTRI were so kind and informative. Mahabodhi Mysore Cftri Mysore
