We have completed another wonderful year of providing PHYSIOTHERAPY to patients, conducting PREGNANCY EXERCISE batches, one on one PILATES sessions and AERIAL group batches

Another year of ADDING LIFE TO MY PATIENT'S YEARS, spreading SMILES to their faces and making them PAIN-FREE with therapy

In this year we have worked to specialise on DIASTASIS RECTI treatment (Post pregnancy complication)

We have also Completed an entire year of AERIAL as well in Nagpur

PHYSIOTHERAPY Treatment in our clinic only involve MANUAL THERAPIES and machines are only used in selected cases like Bell's palsy (paralysis of one side of the face)

"It has been 2 years now that I have been suffering from crippling back pain (recurring since 8 years now), slipped disc on multiple levels, hip pain, leg pain and sciatic scoliosis. "The Pre-Natal exercises in India are highly underrated. While the general opinion of our elders is to "sweep and mop the floor" to facilitate easy labour, I found absolute satisfaction in Dr. Barkha Nagpal's approach.

Barkha is genuinely interested in making the best of your goal - Normal Delivery. The exercises are taught in the most eloquent way with easy demonstrations, personal attention and feedback mechanisms.

Finest part is the inclusion of couple session, which connected my husband to our baby in a unique way. It also helped me release the muscle stress while doing couple exercises.

And the smallest of the doubt was cleared in an elaborate way by her - however embarassing the question was, by me/ my husband. This increased my comfort level with her at a personal level.

The routines are flexible yet disciplined, proactively planned a day ahead as per maximum comfort of participants. Also, the participants are kept below 5 always so that personal attention is available everytime.

I had a normal delivery and a positive birth experience and can assertively mention that 90% of it was due to the exercise regime guided by Barkha.
