Assessment: Evaluate the current level of performance or knowledge. This can be through tests, observations, or discussions.

Plan Development: Create a detailed plan that outlines the steps needed to achieve the goals. This includes setting timelines, milestones, and specific activities.

Instruction and Training: Provide training sessions, whether through direct instruction, workshops, or practical exercises. Use various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

Monitoring and Feedback: Continuously monitor progress and provide constructive feedback. Adjust the training plan as necessary based on performance and feedback.

Motivation: Keep the trainees motivated. This can be through positive reinforcement, rewards, or by showing the relevance and benefits of the training.

Evaluation: At the end of the training period, evaluate the overall progress and effectiveness of the training. This can be done through tests, performance reviews, or feedback sessions.

Continuous Improvement: Use the evaluation results to improve future training sessions. Learn from what worked and what didn’t to refine your approach.

Clarity means clear communication, articulation and avoid ambiguity

Confidence means self assured delivery, empowerment and authenticity

Engagement means active participation, storytelling and use of visual aids

Structure means logical flow, powerful openings and closings and smooth transitions.

Today all of my mentees learnt the flow of unconscious, conscious, incompetence and competence.

They participated and improved their communication and Spoken English language skills.
