On October 6th, 2023 Chef Kapil Kumar (Head of the Department - Food Production) Apeejay Institute of Hospitality, Navi Mumbai was invited at NCRD's Sterling Institute of Management Studies to judge the Sterling's Foodies Carnival.

Third year BSc Hospitality students of Apeejay Institute of Hospitality,Navi Mumbai experienced a hands-on practical in preparing three popular desserts: Coffee Panna Cotta, Dark Chocolate Brownie, and Peanut Butter Cookies. Students learnt various techniques and skills required for baking, dessert-making and plate presentation.
