General information

The Controller General of Accounts, Government of India is the ex-officio Patron of the Society.

Shri V N Kaila, former Controller General of Accounts is the President of the Society. He has successfully completed many important PFM Projects and has held many important assignments; national as well as international.

Shri A S Chauhan former Joint Controller General of Accounts is the Vice- President of the Society. He has a vast experience in the field of Finance, Budgeting and Accounts.

Shri G P Gupta, who is a serving officer, is the Chief Controller of Accounts in Ministry of Rural Development and is also a Vice-President of the Society.

The Society has a number of Sr Consultants and Consultants on its rolls for taking up the projects assigned to it by various governments/ other offices. These Consultants are mostly retired ICAS and CCAS officers besides Chartered Accountants who are brought on board, based on requirements.
