Our PMs Sarfaraz and Afreen conducted learning circle with Beacons from IPL School of Bahraich, the school itself is story of change.

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to our corporate partner Indian Potash limited for their support in our mission to make meaningful education accessible to all. We are proud to work alongside you.

Curiosity is the driving force behind meaningful education. It's what motivates us to ask questions, seek answers, and explore new ideas. When we are curious, we are engaged in the learning process and eager to discover more.

Through the learning circles, Beacons develop a deeper understanding of design thinking tools for their classroom environment and build a sense of ownership and responsibility for their learning. They learn to work collaboratively towards a common goal and develop valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Our team facilitated the learning circles in collaboration with Sankuls, also attended by BEO, BSA, DCT, DC-MIS, and ARPs. The learning circles were focused on FLUX, FnF & BEF, and vision setting activity, and how it is connected to the classroom to the state's vision. Sankuls expressed their gratitude for the orientation and showed eagerness to work on the vision.

In a learning circle, participants collaborate to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the classroom and create a vision of how they would like to see it improve. This process involves active listening, respectful communication, and a willingness to consider different perspectives.

With the beginning of the new quarter of the year 2023-34, our Program Partners and Mentors started to work towards fostering relationships with our champions to come one more step closer to create opportunities together to make education a significant and empowering journey that benefits every student throughout their entire lives.
