The days I am not able to push my self and my body denies to go all the way in full swing I do mild stretches and breathing exercises.
Being a dentist my back is always under load because of the kind of posture we are in the sitting job .

Hi everyone,

Just to let you know the different types of cases that come through my clinic and it may be something you might be facing too so this is a case of gum recession and excessive brushing where the teeth gets eroded as you can see in the first picture there is loss of good structure. The patient opted for fresh fillings whereas the existing ones he already got done elsewhere has been eroded, it's not smooth and is also discolored. Plus with that, food lodgement in the crevices also causes gum inflammation.

First the lowers were taken care of and when the patient felt a difference and felt good, he opted for the uppers as well.
