Having people with Citizenship or GC is becoming very invaluable in US with very strict enforcement of immigration law violations by Trump Govt

So। if you are a Bihari Entrepreneur with lot of onsite employees in US, do below
1) Treat your employees or consultants as priceless and not just a an expnse item especially if they are Citizens or Green Card

2) Have a plan for near shore or alternate source

3) Invest a lot on legal and HR because strict compliance is becoming indispensable

Capacity vs Cost trade off ?

One of my groups TEN ( Tilaiyans Entrepreneurs Network ) reached 256 members capacity and it is an example wanted to share because we already had a Plan & Platform for higher capacity.

This is a lesson in entrepreneurship scale up , we need to create extra capacity before we need it not after we reach capacity.

Will appreciate any critique not criticism :)
