As per Ayurveda, postnatal period i.e.the span after delivering a baby by a pregnant lady is termed as Sutika kaal and the regimen that helps the women to regain her lost vitality and helps her body to revert back to prepregnant state is termed as Sutika Paricharya.
It's need to be followed for 45 days.

Feels so glad that.... I had helped a Momma during her pregnancy & a reason for a Mommy's happiness for her daughter' growth and development that she has gained the milestones at an early age.... 😘😘

I am glad to share that........... On the occasion of Doctors Day conducted a free Health checkup camp of Kids den teachers and staff.
