So it’s very important to reduce the anxiety caused by this situation & keep mental calmness which also helps our body to improve immunity. For this reason I have used RESCUE, _BACHFLOWER REMEDY _ along with BRYONIA, which helps in reducing anxiety & also helps our body to improve immunity by doing so .

Taking Homeopathic medicines may help as prophylactic as well as will help during the active infection to reduce the symptoms . But to avoid the chances of contracting the infection which is quite possible Follow governments protocol & also improve your immunity by having good diet , sleep , nutritious food , doing meditation, yoga etc.

Like Bryonia Arsenic & Camphora are also some of the indicated remedies in these symptoms. About Camphora Dr. Sankaran has used it with Covid patients with good results. And some government organizations are using Arsenic as prophylactic.
