The master plan for the project sits perfectly on the company's ideology with a balance between the built and unbuilt.

The design is segregated with terms of functionality and ease of transit movement.

The area is divided into majorly three zones namely the production building- the recreation zone and the office building.

To the south sits the production building with easy access to the main road. The road is kept to the minimum to increase the open green areas on the site.

The office building sits to the north of the site connecting with the central featured open space.
