Linktree has been around for quite a while and had been on my mind since many years ago.

ANIL DAGIA ONCE AGAIN INVITES THE NEW YEAR WITH AN MASSIVE BANG !

While 2019 onwards has definitely been a tough time for me but that phase has passed and I have stood the test of time.

This year once again, as the year ends, I make major announcements in my business

1. Formal launch of 0 to 100 Rapid Client Acceleration program

Almost everyone who attended my ICF accredited course used to ask me - Anil, how do I get my paid 100 hours coaching experience required to make me eligible for ACC credentials.

You asked. I listened. I acted.

And the result is I created this On-Demand, Self-Learning, A/V digital program supported with the option of personal coaching and mentoring from me.

And even if you are not in the ICF world of coaching, even if you are providing services in a completely different domain, even then you can use this to boost your business, your income, your reputation and fame in the market.

2. Formal Launch of two, 100% On-Demand, 100% Self-Learning, A/V digital courses accredited by ICF for CCEU (Coach continuing education units)

What this means for you is that obtaining CCE towards renewing your credentials got that much easier on your time and that much friendlier on your pocket.

And in case you are not in the ICF coaching world and have been thinking about getting in, this becomes a very easy way for you to get started in a time friendly, pocket friendly manner.

3. Formal Launch of Business Mastery 2.0

If you have always been an employee and have been thinking of starting something of your own and don't know how; OR if you have started something of your own but feel the strain of time and have recognized that you are not thinking/acting like a business owner, then this program gets you there.

What's new in Business Mastery 2.0? For starters, it now comes with an option of a 12 to 18 months mentoring program where I will personally coach you, mentor you and hold you accountable towards getting your business results. Secondly - it has a lot more content than when I had first launched it in 2017.

4. Formal Launch of my Extreme Incentive Referral Program

Many of you have helped my business by referring others to attend my training. In the past I had a very basic referral scheme offering you a referral fee or a finders fee. This year I have come up with a very aggressive and extreme incentive package for any sales generated by you for my business. Some of you have already started this with/for me. This email just marks the formal launch of the same.

5. Massive upgrade to the ICF Accreditation Level of my courses

This year my courses received the massive upgrade to Level 1/Level 2 format of ICF from the previous ACSTH format.

What does this mean for you? What this means for you is that the training requires me to include mentor coaching for you. What this also means is that at the end of your mentor coaching - I will be doing the performance evaluation of your coaching conversation recording, for both ACC level as well as PCC level. And in case you pass the evaluation, then you will not need to submit any recording to ICF for evaluation.

Why is this important? Because my commitment to you is to ensure that you pass the evaluation and I offer you unlimited attempts and unlimited mentoring till you pass. Some of you who have already passed the ACC/PCC evaluation know that I have already fulfilled this and I shall keep doing so in the future as well.



While it feels really good to get back into the game and announce my re-arrival with a bang, I will bring even more announcements in 2024.

So if a man has an affair with a woman who is not his relationship partner, is it then a mistake of the woman who is his relationship partner?

CREATING A STRONG COACHING CULTURE IN YOUR ORGANIZATION

Many organizations are embarking on bringing in coaching as a modality for people development.

Some have been pioneers and have had in place very strong, robust, established coaching programs over quite an extended period of time.

Some are just starting or considering the start of a coaching initiative.

Some are somewhere along the way trying to figure out the ropes.

- Managers, leaders and internal coaches receive accredited coach specific training
- All 3 modalities of coaching (internal coach, external coach and managers/leaders using coaching skills) have been incorporated into the coaching program
- Management has allocated a dedicated budget for this initiative
- All employees have equal opportunities to receive coaching from a professional coach

RECRUITMENT - THE SEARCH FOR SUPERMAN / SUPERWOMAN

I started my career in the IT industry which I quit after 20+ years and reaching peak career success.

The single biggest issue with recruitment in the IT industry was to find a person who had a myriad of skills all rolled into one human being.
