Shantilal Muttha Foundation (SMF) team led by its Founder, Shri. Shantilal Muttha, interacted with the honorable Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant ji on 25th September 2023.
Shri. Shantilal Muttha assured honorable Chief Minister of Goa that in school education Goa state will be number one in the country in terms of NEP Implementation, quality of education, NIPUN Bharat, school accreditation, assessment reports, PM SHRI schools. SMF is committed to supporting the Goa government for improving the quality of school education to which the Chief Minister has responded very positively, expressing ongoing support for this initiative, as seen in the past and promised for the future.
The Whole School Education Department of Goa is very proactive in bringing the change. SMF will support the department wholeheartedly.
During the visit, Mr. Shantilalji Muttha also interacted with Director DoE, Mr. Sailesh Zingde, Director SCERT, Mr. Shambhu S. Ghadi and GEDC Chairmen, Mr. Govind B. Parvatkar.

SMF conducted 2 days Master Trainers orientation of NCERTs' Vidya Pravesh (Three month Play based school Preparation Module for Grade1), under 'Mission Nipun Bharat';at Goa on 14th and 15th June'23. All the Master trainers participated with interest in the activity based innovative pedagogies and are set to complete the orientation of other teachers in Goa.

Block-level FLN training workshops for aided school teachers in the Talukas of Salcette, Tiswadi and Ponda.
On 27th and 28th of Feb 2023, SMF-trained Master Resource Persons of Goa enthusiastically launched block-level FLN training workshops for aided school teachers in the Talukas of Salcette, Tiswadi and Ponda. Teachers showed good participation in acquainting themselves with the essentials of foundational literacy and numeracy. Other Talukas of Goa will launch and complete the same training in the month of March.

We are proud to announce that Shantilal Muttha Foundation has contributed to the capacity building of 73 MRPs in the Nipun Bharat Mission of Govt of Goa. This training, to be held from 27th Feb to 15th March 2023 will equip all government aided school teachers to ensure that every child in grades 1 to 3 will attain the grade-appropriate competencies outlined in Nipun Bharat and NCF for Foundational Stage 2022.

मूल्यांचे अनमोल शिक्षण
शांतिलाल मुथ्था फाउंडेशन (एसएमएफ) भारतीय शालेय शिक्षणात अमुलाग्र बदल घडविण्यासाठी काम करत आहे. या बदलांची पहिली पायरी म्हणून प्राथमिक शाळांतील विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये संवैधानिक मुल्ये रुजविणारा मूल्यवर्धन हा कार्यक्रम एसएमएफद्वारे राबविला जातो.
सप्टेंबर २०१९ पर्यंत महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व शासकीय प्राथमिक शाळांतील व काही महानगरपालिकांच्या शाळेतील शिक्षकांना मूल्यवर्धनचे प्रशिक्षण मिळालेले असेल. या सोबतच गोवा राज्यातील शासकीय, ABE बोर्डाच्या आणि विद्याप्रधीकारणाच्या शाळांमध्ये देखील मूल्यवर्धन कार्यक्रम राबविला जात आहे.
मूल्यवर्धन कार्यक्रमाचा अभ्यासक्रम मराठी, इंग्रजी, हिंदी, उर्दू आणि कोंकणी या भाषांत उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आला आहे.
हसतखेळत आणि विद्यार्थी केंद्रित शिक्षण पद्धतीने विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये मुल्ये रुजावितानाच शिकण्या शिकविण्याच्या पद्धतीत देखील अमुलाग्र बदल घडविण्याचे काम मूल्यवर्धन करीत आहे.
