લાળ (Saliva)

લાળ(saliva) એ આલ્કલાઇન પ્રવાહી લાળગ્રંથિઓ અને મ્યુકોસ ગ્રંથિઓ દ્વારા મોંમાં સ્ત્રાવ થાય છે જેમાં પાણી, મ્યુસીન, પ્રોટીન અને ઉત્સેચકોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

-તે મોંને ભેજ કરે છે ગળેલા ખોરાકને લ્યુબ્રિકેટ કરે છે અને સ્ટાર્ચનું ભંગાણ શરૂ કરે છે.

લાળનો ઓછો સ્ત્રાવ થવાથી દુર્ગંધ(Bad Breath) દાંતમાં સડો(Cavity) અને બોલવામાં(Speech) અને ગળવામાં(Swallow) તકલીફ થાઇ શકે છે.

Here is one of my story of removing broken instrument... Refer case of broken instrument which is of number # 20 rotary file... In #35( lower second premolar) removal of fracture segment from lower teeth is challenging as we have no gravitational support... But with calm mind n with lots of patience everything is possible....
