Patient visited us with chief complaint of correcting his rotated right upper anterior teeth wrt 11,12 and also there was a retained deciduous palatal canine tooth present interdentally 11,12 which we forgot to photograph. We advised patient to go for Orthodontic treatment but patient was having marriage and need the treatment on urgent basis. So accordingly we planned and did Extraction of deciduous canine followed by RCT of 11,12. Then we took impression and finally placed 2 unit Zirconia crowns and corrected his aesthetics. Patient was happy with the outcome of the treatment.

Maintaining regular oral hygiene and regular checkup is very much necessary for everyone. Today Mr. Donata and his father Mr. Nauhaus, visited our clinic to get their regular checkup and oral prophylaxis done though they are in a trip of India, still they are concerned about their periodic checkup. So we learnt from them the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene today. Only then we could avoid serious diseases like oral carcinoma(cancer) and others. Patient was happy with our treatment.

Patient visited our clinic with deep stains of Gutka and pan. She was consuming in higher quantity since young age and visited us to clean the same. In these cases stains not only remain on surface of the teeth but also on internal surface of teeth which we called intrinsic stains. And intrinsic stains doesn’t get clear only by Scaling. So we were able to clean her outer stains and it took us more than 1.5 hours for scaling and polishing. Hence it’s advisable to come early to clear these stains rather waiting for many years.

NRI Patient from New Jersey visited us with chief complaint of anterior aesthetic correction along with multiple failure of filling that has been done repeatedly in New Jersey. So he wants to do a permanent crowning treatment. Accordingly we prepare the tooth surface followed by permanent fixation of 2 unit Zirconia crowns on his anterior upper teeth.
