माननीय सांसद सिवान श्रीमती कविता सिंह ने जीरादेई प्रखण्ड के राजस्व गांव तीतिरा टोले बुद्ध नगर बंगरा गांव में स्थित तीतिर स्तूप के पास बुद्ध मंदिर के परिसर में सांसद मद के अंर्तगत वित्तिय वर्ष 2019 -20 मद से सामुदायिक भवन के निर्माण की अनुशंसा एवं सहमति प्रदान किया गया ।इस पुनीत कार्य के लिए सिवान तीतिर स्तूप बौद्ध बिहार विकास मिशन एवं पंचशील सेवा संस्थान कोटिशय आभार व्यक्त करता है ।

मेरे मित्र उपेंद्र श्रीवास्तव प्रबंध निदेशक पशुपति काटेंन इंडस्ट्रीज पानीपत व चंडीगढ़ आज सिवान जिला परिषद के अध्यक्ष संगीता यादव संग प्रो जयराम यादव के 32 वीं शादी के साल गिरह में शिरकत कर उनको प्राचीन कुसीनारा का अध्ययन पुस्तक सप्रेम भेंट किया । प्रो जयराम यादव व जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष द्वारा हम लोगों को गमछा भेंट कर सम्मानित किया गया ।
ईश्वर से सदैव मंगल की कामना ।

कोई कहता है प्रेम करो ।बुद्ध प्रेम पर बात ही नहीं करते ।वे कहते है राग, द्वेष व वैर का त्याग करो शेष जो बचेगा वही तो प्रेम होगा । राग ,द्वेष व वैर को दबा कर प्रेम नहीं हो सकता क्योंकि इस स्थिति में सुबह प्रशंसा करोगे व शाम को गाली दोगे यानी वैर व द्वेष का भाव हावी हो ही जायेगा ।एक बार बुद्ध के मुख पर कोई थूक दिया उन्होंने तुरंत अपनी चादर से पोंछ दिया और पूछा और कुछ कहना है ।पर आनन्द क्रोधित हो उठा ।वह भूल गया कि हम भिक्षुक है ।क्षत्रिय भाव जाग उठा ।वह बुद्ध ने कहा आनन्द रुक जाओ क्योंकि इसने जो किया वह क्षम्य है पर तुम जो करने जा रहे हो वह अक्षमय है ।आनन्द रुक जाता है ।बुद्ध
कहते है ।आनन्द यह गाली देना चाह रहा था पर गाली दे नही पाया इस लिए थूकता है ।अब फिर बुद्ध उससे पूछते है कि बताओ क्या जानना चाहते हो ।वह लज्जित हो जाता है व बुद्ध के पैर पड़ क्षमा मांगता है ।वह कहता है कि मैं अधर्मी हूँ बहुत गलती किया हूँ ।अब आप मुझसे प्रेम नहीं करेंगे ।बुद्ध ने कहा तुम्हे छोड़ा ही कहाँ हूं । मैं इसलिए प्रेम नहीं करता हूँ कि तुम मुझे थूकोगें नहीं मेरे जीवन का जो शेष है वही प्रेम है ।

माननीय विधायक श्री रमेश सिंह कुशवाहा ने सिवान मैरवा मुख्य मार्ग राजस्व गांव तीतिरा टोले बुद्ध नगर बंगरा गांव में प्रवेश करने वाले मुख्य सड़क पर गौतम बुद्ध बोधिसत्व तीतिर स्तूप द्वार बनवाने के लिये अनुशंसा किये ।इसके लिए सिवान तीतिर स्तूप बौद्ध बिहार विकास मिशन कोटिशय धन्यवाद करता है ।

[ होश में चलो
बुद्ध कहते है होश में चलो जग कर चलो ।स्वप्न देखते हो पर खुद को नहीं देख पाते ।एक बुढ़िया का सुई गिर जाता है ।वह खोजती है ,अंधेरा है राहगीर आते है वे भी खोजने लगते है ।सुई नहीं मिलता है ।सब परेशान होते है ।फिर बुढ़िया से पूछते है कि ठीक ठीक बताओ सुई कहाँ गिरा है ।बुढ़िया कहती है मेरे झोपड़ी में गिरा है ।राहगीर हँसने लगते है ,कहते है कितना मूर्ख हो ।सुई झोपड़ी में गिरा है और तुम रास्ते में खोज रही हो ।अंधेरा हो गया झोपड़ी में दीप जलाओ या सूर्य उगने की प्रतीक्षा करो सुई मिल जायेगा ।तुम पागल हो ।हा संत पागल होते है ।बुद्ध ने अंदर खोजा इसलिए परमात्मा की बात नहीं की क्योंकि वह बाहर नहीं है ।वह मंदिर ,मस्जिद व गुरुद्वारे व गिरजा घरों में नहीं है ।वह अंदर है ।वह कहते है अंदर की प्रकाश को जलाओ सुई मिल जाएगा यानी परमात्मा मिल जायेगा ।व्यर्थ का समय इधर उधर मत गवाओ ।कबीर व ओशो भी यही कहते है सब यही कहते है ।आनन्द बाहर नहीं अंदर है ।इसलिए होश में चलने की बात करते है । Consciously, the Buddha says, "Let's wake up in your senses. You dream, but you cannot see yourself. An old woman's needle falls. She searches, it is dark. Passengers come. They start searching. . Everyone is upset. Then ask the old lady, tell me exactly where the needle has fallen. The old lady says she has fallen in my hut. Have been darkened. Burn the lamp in the hut or wait for the sun to rise. You will get a needle. You are mad. The saints are mad. Buddha searched inside so he did not talk to God because he is not outside. That temple,Mosques and gurudwaras and churches are not in the houses. They are inside. They say that the light inside will get a needle, that is, God will be found. Do not waste time here and there. Kabir and Osho also say the same thing. The joy is not outside, so we talk about walking consciously.

Titir stupa

Titir Stupa is located in the revenue village Titira Tole Budhnagar Bangra village of Siwan district near the west bank of Hiranyavati river (Sona river) which is the place of birth of Lord Buddha as Bodhisattva, according to the Jataka of Buddhist literature. Pilgrim Hiuen Tsang has also done this. Carefully reading the stories of Lord Buddha's past birth, we find that Kisanpur village in Siwan and the area around Muiya Nagar reinforces the stories of his past birth. The Lord said to Ayushman Anand - "Anand this city prospered in the past And was famous in the country and abroad. It cannot be disregarded. I have died here six times and have come for the seventh time ". 1 as a bird: In the place of this Kusinara in very ancient times there was a very heavy dense forest. One day there was a huge thunderstorm and a fire broke out in the forest. At that time, a bird also lived in this shalvan (forest), which saw this terrible calamity. Inspired by compassion and compassion, he flew to a lake and dived into it and then filled it with water. Then, fluttering his feet, he sprinkled that water on the fire. This pleased the God of Indra and he took water in his hand and put it on fire. She left, which calmed her down. Titir was born by the Bodhisattva itself. This place is in the village of Titira near Kisun Pur and Muiya Nagar. The Titir Stupa is built here and the village named Titira is named after this stupa. 2 as a deer: The Bodhisattva has also saved the souls of animals by taking birth here as a deer. This place is also a pheasant. There is also a deer stupa and a pungent hamlet is also a village of Hirauni (Hirauri). Features of 3 fish: The Bodhisattva also originated here as a fish, which is popularly known as 'Moi' fish. Muia is a village on the Sivana of Tithira village. The villagers say that moi fish was very much found in the pool here, due to which this village It is named Muiya. There is also a fishery diversion near the Tirtir Stupa from where a small river flows and a large quantity of fish is found here. 3 in the form of a tree: The Bodhisattva was also born in the form of a tree. That is why the events of his human life are also related to the trees. Birth, knowledge and nirvana under the tree. Nirvana took place under the tree in Shalavan Upavatana. The place which was near the Titir stupa. Even today, there are dozens of villages and hamlets related to the tree, such as - Bangra, Mahuabari, Nawalpur, Malak Pur, Amavasa, Bari Tola Thepaha, Gular Baga, Akolhi, Bhaluvahin, Sishani, Selrapur, Piparahia etc. 4 as a turtle: the Bodhisattva took birth as a turtle, The deer were protected. 5 As Maharaj Kush: Kusinara was named Kushavati in earlier times. Here a king named Ikshvaku (Ok Kak) ruled. Raja was Bodhisattva. Today there are villages named Kisunpur. 6 Chakravarti as King Mahasudarshan: In the past, there was a Chakravarti king who conquered the four directions called Mahasudarshan. This was the capital of Mahasudarshan named Kusinara. The Bodhisattva was born as the Chakravarti King. The third stupa and the village of Titira were on the western border. There is also the city of Vijayapura. Confirmation of this by British archaeologist W.W. Hoy, Krishna Kumar Singh's book 'Ancient Kusinara A Study', pages 19 and 35 -40. तीतिर स्तूप
बिहार ,सिवान जिले के राजस्व गांव तीतिरा टोले बुद्धनगर बंगरा गांव में हिरण्यवती नदी (सोना नदी ) के पश्चमी तट के निकट स्थित है जो भगवान बुद्ध के बोधिसत्व के रूप में जन्म लेने का स्थान है जिसका वर्णन बौद्ध साहित्य के जातक के अनुसार चीनी तीर्थयात्री ह्वेनसांग ने भी किया है। भगवान बुद्ध के पूर्वजन्म की कथाओं को ध्यान से पढ़ने पर हम पाते है कि सिवान स्थित किसनपुर गांव व मुइया नगर के आसपास का क्षेत्र उनके पूर्वजन्म की कथाओं को पुष्ट करता है ।भगवान ने आयुष्मान आंनद से कहा था -"आंनद यह नगर पूर्वकाल में समृद्ध तथा देश -देशान्तरों में प्रख्यात था ।इसकी अवहेलना नहीं की जा सकती ।मैं यहाँ छह बार मृत्यु को प्राप्त हुआ हूं व सातवें बार आया हूँ "।
1 तीतिर पक्षी के रूप में : अत्यंत प्राचीन काल में इस कुसीनारा के स्थान पर एक बड़ा भारी सघन वन था ।एक दिन अकस्मात बड़ी भारी आंधी आयी और वन में आग लग गयी ।उस समय एक तीतिर पक्षी भी इस शालवन (वन )में रहता था जो इस भयानक विपदा को देख कर दया व करुणा से प्रेरित हो उड़कर एक झील में गया व उसमें गोता लगा पानी भर लाया ।फिर अपने पैरों को फड़ -फड़ाकर उसने उस पानी को अग्नि पर छिड़क दिया ।इससे इंद्र देवता प्रसन्न हुए तथा अपने हाथ में जल लेकर उन्होंने आग पर छोड़ दिया जिससे वह शांत हो गयी । तीतिर का जन्म बोधिसत्व ने ही लिया था ।यह स्थान किसुन पुर व मुइया नगर के पास तीतिरा गांव में है ।यहाँ तीतिर स्तूप बना है और इसी स्तूप के नाम पर तीतिरा गांव का नाम पड़ा हैं ।
2 हिरन के रूप में : बोधिसत्व ने हिरण के रूप में भी यहां जन्म लेकर पशुओं के प्राण बचाये हैं ।यह स्थान भी तीतिरा ही है ।यहां भी हिरण स्तूप है तथा तीतिरा टोला हिरनौली (हिरौरी )गांव भी है ।
3 मछली के रूप में : बोधिसत्व ने मछली के रूप में भी यहां जन्म लिया था ,जो' मोई 'मछली के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है ।तीतिरा गांव के सिवाना पर मुइया एक गांव है ।ग्रामीण बताते है कि यहां ताल में मोई मछली बहुत पायी जाती थी जिसके चलते इस गांव का नाम मुइया पड़ा ।तीतिर स्तूप के पास एक मछरिया मोड़ भी है जहां से एक छोटी नदीका बहती है तथा काफी मात्रा में यहाँ मछली मिलती है ।
3 वृक्ष के रूप में : बोधिसत्व ने वृक्ष के रूप में भी जन्म लिया था ।यही कारण था कि उनके मानव जीवन की घटनाएं वृक्षों से भी जुड़ी हैं ।वृक्ष के नीचे जन्म ,ज्ञान व निर्वाण ।निर्वाण शालवन उपवतन में वृक्ष के नीचे हुआ था जो स्थान तीतिर स्तूप के निकट था । यहाँ आज भी वृक्ष से सम्बंधित दर्जनों गांव व टोला है यथा - बंगरा ,महुआबारी ,नवलपुर ,मालक पुर ,अमवसा ,बारी टोला ठेपहा, गूलर बागा ,अकोल्ही ,भलुवहीँ ,सीसहानि ,सेलरापुर ,पिपरहिया आदि गांव ।
4 कछुए के रूप में : बोधिसत्व ने कछुए के रूप में जन्म ले ,हिरण की रक्षा किए थे ।
5 महाराज कुश के रूप में :पूर्व काल में कुसीनारा का नाम कुशावती था ।यहाँ इक्ष्वाकु ( ओक़् काक )
नामक राजा राज्य करते थे ।राजा बोधिसत्व ही थे ।आज भी किसुनपुर नामक गाँव हैं ।
6 चक्रवर्ती राजा महासुदर्शन के रूप में :
पूर्वकाल में महासुदर्शन नामक चारोंदिशाओं पर विजय पाने वाला चक्रवर्ती राजा था ।महासुदर्शन की यही कुसीनारा नाम की राजधानी थी ।बोधिसत्व ही चक्रवर्ती राजा के रूप में जन्म लिए थे ।तीतिर स्तूप व तीतिरा गांव का पश्चमी सिवाना पर विजयीपुर नगर भी है ।
