We implore you to heed this warning and act swiftly to rectify this egregious error in your decision . The people of Jammu and Kashmir demand nothing less than the preservation of the open merit quota at a minimum of 50%. Failure to do so will result in an unprecedented display of public dissent, the consequences of which will be borne by those who dare to trample upon the aspirations of our youth.
