Meet Rohan Chasiya, a 90% differently abled individual ✨

He started his sports journey in 2013 and after rigorous training, he got the opportunity to participate in Khel Mahakumbh state level event in 100 meters freestyle swimming. He even attained a goal medal! 🏅

Rohan was in the need of a wheelchair and hence & was generous enough to sponsor him! 🔐

By this we should all learn that; we must all do our bit for societal conservation! 🌎

Keeping this saying in mind, we decided to make this Holi a memorable one, not just for our team, but also for people, that have no home; people from a Vridhashram.

It was a very compassionate and generous gesture of our member Anuradha Gupta to coordinate and encourage her mother Pushpa Tulsian to donate a large size refrigerator to Shantidoot Vrudhashram. On our last visit the caretakers requested us for the donation and a noble cause was thus manifested .

Paridrishy on 30th July meet with residents of Aashirwad Park, City light as part of a pilot project for Waste Segregation selected by the SMC.

On the 25th of June, Paridrishy in collaboration with organised a meeting to educate and share the success of achieving waste segregation at 100 societies of City light. The meeting was presided by commissioner of surat pani and students of presented an amazing Nukkad Natak!

On the 9th of July, we conducted a residents meet at Alishan apartment, Citylight.
Along with education on waste segregation, refillable solutions to minimise plastic waste and rain water harvesting were also explained and promoted.

Paridrishy and it’s whole team celebrated 6 years of charitable service work with a enthusiastic evening of ‘Kaun Banega Champion’ a game adapted from the the famous series Kaun Banega Crorepati.

Kudos to Savita Kejriwal for organising this evening full of entertainment with the help of Himanshu, Sanyam and the entire team of dynamic members.
