# Hakkanoodles

Vegetable Hakka Noodles Recipe using our Sattu Noodles:

YOU WILL NEED:
1. Sesame/Olive /Sunflower Oil 2 tbsp
2. Chopped Garlic 1tbsp,
3. Chopped Green Chilies 1tbsp,
4. Sliced Onion 1,
5. Beans 1⁄2 bowl,
6.Capsicum 1⁄2 bowl,
7.Pepper 1⁄2 tbsp.,
8. Chopped Cabbage 1 bowl,
9. Soya Sauce 1 tbsp., Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp.,
10. Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp.
11. Ajinomoto (optional) 1⁄2 tbsp.,
12. Mushroom % bowl (optional),
13. Salt As per taste.

RECIPE:

1) Add Nipani Sattu Noodles on high flame in boiling water with salt & oil.
2) Boil till al dante. (cooked but firm.)
3) Put oil in pan and heat it on high flame.
4) Add chopped garlic, chilies and sauté/stir frying.
5) Add sliced onion and sauté/stir frying.
6) Add chopped carrots, beans,capsicum ,mushroom(optional) and fry on high flame.
7) Add salt, pepper stir for a minute. Add sliced cabbage in large portions.
8) Add soya, tomato and chilli sauce to taste.
9) Mix it properly.
10) Add ajinomoto (optional)
11) Add boiled hakka noodles & mix nicely.
12) Serve with chopped spring onions.
NOTE : ADD SALT & SAUCES AS PER TASTE
