1 Stop ๐ซcalling them Disabled and Handicapped it's offensive call them differently abled beacuse they have different abilities .
2 Stop having pity on them. Stop staring at them in public places .Accept them โค๏ธ however they are .
3 Encourage their parents and motivate them .
Don't look at them with sympathy ๐ซ
Some Quick Fix and Important tips for everyone working from home ๐ก
1 Drink Adequate amount of water
2 Take a break every 30 to 60 mins
3 Create some movement
4 Do some seated stretches
Shoulder internal Rotation it allows you to reach behind your back and pull your wallet from your back pocket or tie your bikini behind your back.
Range restriction is common post injury due to immobility.
Frozen shoulder this movement is very painful and restricted
Try this simple exercise make sure you go slow and you will see major results when repeated at regular intervals ๐ช
