Today marks an important day in my holistic healing journey 🌿

I’m going to spend the next 21 days at to help detox the body and ultimately heal psoriasis 😌

Ayurveda has always held an immense value in the alternative medicine space for me. But I’ve put off this decision for over 3 years now 🥴

The better part of this treatment involves consumption of a medicated ghee called Snehapana.

I did not want to do this because of my allergy to dairy and how the entire process of detoxification unfolds 😅

However, I’ve preached about expanding the boundaries of the mind since the beginning of my journey. I knew I had to get over this fear and face it at some point of time😼

I also want to acknowledge that I’ve received so many suggestions regarding the same, from my family and all of you 🫶🏻

I’m excited for this intensive course of action and share my experience 🌟🙌
