આજરોજ *Caring Souls* અને *FreeTheTree Drive* (Naturewalk Group, Vadodara) દ્વારા સંયોજિત વૃક્ષારોપણ કાર્યક્રમમાં ૧૫ પર્યાવરણ સ્વયંસેવકો સવારે 7.30 વાગે ઉમળકાભેર જોડાયા અને ૨૦ છોડા જે પૈકી પેલટોફોરમ(તમ્રપરની) બદામ, જાંબુ, બોરસલી અને લીમડા નો સમાવેશ થાય છે નું વૃક્ષારોપણ કર્યું.
આ અગાઉ રવિવારે પ્રી પ્લાંટેશન ના ભાગરૂપે ખાડા પેહલા થી ખોદી નાખ્યા હતા.
આ કાર્યક્રમ માં સહયોગ બદલ વડોદરા ના સર્વ નગરજનો નો સહયોગ મળ્યો એ બદલ સંયોજક સમૂહ સૌનું હૃદયપૂર્વક આભાર વ્યક્ત કરે છે.
*વૃક્ષારોપણ* એ પર્યાવરણીય સંતુલનને જાળવવા માટે અને વનીકરણનું એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ પગલું છે.
એટલેજ આગામી દિવસોમાં ચોમાસા દરમ્યાન આવી પ્રવૃત્તિ શેહર માં વિવિધ વિસ્તારો આવરી વારંવાર કરવામાં આવશે જેથી શહેર નું *green sheild* એટલે *હરિત આવરણ* મજબૂત બને અને આવનારા સમયમાં પર્યાવરણ ના અસંતુલન થી શહેર હંમેશા સુરક્ષિત રહે.
