My inquisitiveness for research increased and I realised how important it is during my Post Doctoral fellowship in Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine.
Today I felt it worth when I am acknowledged for one of my Article published in one of the highest impact factor journal in sports medicine & Arthroscopy.

Dr Kevin Shea is one of the eminent sports medicine surgeon of the world working at Stanford institute of children health, he has taken time to acknowledge our work my mailing personally.

I feel privileged to be part of this eminent team in working on this article one of a kind and lesser known facts about meniscal extrusion.

A high tibial osteotomy is a surgical procedure that realigns the knee joint. For some patients who have knee arthritis, this surgery can delay or prevent the need for a partial or total knee replacement by preserving damaged joint tissue.

Sharing one of my case where Arthroscopy Assisted fixation of lateral end of Clavicle was performed with shoulder Arthroscopy.

Joint Preservation has grabbed a huge amount of attention nowadays due to the fact that patients at early age suffering from severe arthritis requiring Joint Replacement.

One of the case showing excellent regeneration and pain-free movements on re look Arthroscopy following this minimally Invasive technique of Micro fracture.

This technique allows patients pain free joint reducing the need of Painkiller medicine and also delays the need of Joint Replacement surgery at early age.

A Bankart Repair is a procedure to prevent recurring anterior shoulder dislocations due to instability in the shoulder. Bankart injury occurs when an initial shoulder dislocation damages the anterior glenoid labrum of the shoulder joint.

Sharing the Case of 23 years old Sports enthusiast who got injury to his Shoulder while playing Badminton following which he had multiple episodes of Shoulder Dislocations , He was operated with minimally Invasive Arthroscopic Bankart Repair giving him stability back and faster recovery for return to Sports.

Sharing the review of relative of the 90 years old gentleman who had an unfortunate fall in the bathroom and sustained dislocation of the shoulder with fracture. I reduced the fracture with pain-free technique without help of anaesthesia and patient post procedure was completed relieved with pain and had a smile at his face again :)
