We’re looking for a full time chef/cook (but most importantly a beautiful human being) to join our squad, having fun with us while helping us out running the kitchen.

We wanna keep our international vibe, offering cool comfort food!

Skills that we’re looking for:
- THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE: a smiling face and a positive attitude in any occasion. Anything can be learnt, except who you are.
- Teamwork and fun: one of the most important things for us is to create meaningful relationships between the people working alongside us, helping each other out and having some fun while rockin’.
- Experience and rhythm: almost like a jazz player we want you to make the kitchen dance and improvise when needed.
– Creativity to shape new seasonal dishes “brain storming” with the rest of the team, sharing ideas.
– Grow with us! We want someone with a long term commitment, since we want you to be part of the team for a long time.

What we’re offering:
– Full time: It’s a 40 hours per week position
– Day time shift (no nights, no split shifts)
– Salary commensurate with the candidate’s skills.

THE BAKERY GOES ON HOLIDAYS!

After a few weeks of soft opening we’ll close the bakery (Via Caminadella 15) until the end of August.

It’s been a useful first step for us to test what we’re doing and get ready for the new season!

Don’t panic! You’ll still find our baked goods the whole Summer in our main coffee shop in Via Vetere 14!

- the 25th of April to celebrate the liberation from the terrible era of fascism.

- the 1st of May to celebrate the rights of the workers, for which all of us people have to keep fighting.

NEW COFFEE! COLOMBIA - CAUCA ROBLES

🍇 Featuring varietals like Colombia, Caturra, and occasionally Cenicafe, the coffee beans undergo meticulous fermentation to enhance its natural fruity essence. This coffee boasts rich notes of blackberries, caramel, and panela, with subtle hints of orange, peach, raisins, and blueberry. Each sip reveals a medium body, silky texture, and gentle acidity, culminating in a smooth finish that lingers on the palate.

🌿 Named after the majestic Robles River, this lot is cultivated by a group of young farmers under 25 years old, who have poured their passion into perfecting every bean amidst the verdant landscapes of Cauca.
This region boasts abundant sunshine and a stable climate, sheltered by towering mountains. Despite cooler nights, this microclimate nurtures coffee cherries, allowing them to ripen slowly, enriching the beans with sugars.

Sustainability is woven into the fabric of their practices, with farms spanning 20 hectares of natural forest and water sources. Here, coffee trees thrive alongside an array of flora, including Guamo, cascarilla, mango, heliconea, and guava trees.

Here we are showcasing our February Subscription Box with 2 very different coffees:
- Ijen Highlands: a natural Indonesian coffee, a nice and creamy cup with hints of tropical fruits;
- Cauca Robles: a washed Colombia giving shape to a clean cup, a bit citric with red berries acidity and a caramel like sweetness in the end.

It’s been a long trip getting here, the last months have been a rollercoaster of emotions for us, working hard every day (and sometimes nights) to make this happen, living with the anxiety for the possibility of not making it through, but in the end here we are, sharing our new creature with you all.

We’re growing (older, bigger and better)! 💥

On Sunday we’re gonna serve the last meal in our tiny coffee shop that’s been our home for the last 3 beautiful years!

But no worries!
The new Nowhere will be a much bigger spot and definitely very pretty too (you’re basically into the park!).

It’s still pink, we’ll keep serving awesome specialty coffee (without sugar) and cool comfort food. It’s still gonna be us but better, and it’s gonna be much easier to be seated during weekends, and in spring sunny days you might just have a pic nic in the park with our stuff. 🤞

Plus, it’s only a 5/8 minutes walk (depending on your legs) from the old Nowhere.

All these words just to comfort you, everything will be the same, or better.

We’ll update you soon about the opening date, we’ll announce it next week!

We’re putting up a crowdfunding too, so that you with your support might help us out with our new projects. ❤️

In the meanwhile save this date: 19th of November, starting at 6pm there’ll be a “Grand Opening Party”, it’s gonna be fun. More details soon. 🚀

One week to go!

It’s Summertime and the little villages around the lake are beautiful and they’re the perfect spot for tasting some specialty coffee w/ a treat!

Just a couple of date for now (but we’ll try to add a couple more in September)

We’ll be there pulling some espresso shots, making some juicy filter coffees, chatting with you and swimming in the lake (hopefully not getting burnt in the sun)
