De.Tales

The office spaces of Ludoil Energy company, designed by De.Tales, are divided in a rhythmic and articulated manner, with an architectural gesture reminiscent of Milanese interiors from the early twentieth century: the look & feel of the project adopts compositional paradigms and makes use of typical elements of the period, such as patterned parquet flooring, walnut paneling, natural stones and marbles, creating interesting suggestions.

The interior design of Ludoil Energy offices in Milan, as designed by De.Tales, is a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, connected to the image of Ludoil, where cutting-edge lines, materials, and technologies echo tones and finishes ranging from marble to mirrored metal surfaces, as can be perceived within the sculptural reception area.

The project of Ludoil Energy Headquarters in Milan, with its approximately 900 sqm, incorporates an interior design concept with a dual, integrated approach: the first reinterprets the recurring typological characteristics of interiors rooted in the Milanese context of late 19th/early 20th century residential buildings, and the second, defined as contemporary minimalist, plays with volumes, solids, and voids, displaying a streamlined and elegant style.

The interior design of the office project developed by De.Tales for Ludoil Energy in Milan leveraged the privileged location where this Headquarters are located: we are inside The Medelan, one of the most important historical and architecturally valuable buildings in the city, dating back to 1901 and originally designed by architects Luigi Broggi and Cesare Nava.

As per De.Tales + vision, the prevailing color of 's interiors is gray, but not a cold, formal gray. It's textural and concrete, just like the walls with lime-based coating, the waxed iron paneling, the marble-evoking flooring, and the bespoke furnishings.

Inspired by the preexisting space, the historic Meazza hardware store, and by the context, the intimate Milan of the 5vie district, the CONFINE restaurant project by De.Tales and was born with the intention of combining an essential, minimalist and raw soul with a cosmopolitan, dynamic, versatile and refined aesthetic.
