Classe 2001, originario di Berlino, Fritz preferisce non parlare di talento, ma di lavoro di squadra e di tanta curiosità. Questa curiosità lo ha portato alla scoperta della cucina tipica della laguna, delle ricette storiche veneziane e dei metodi di conservazione come il "saor".
