At Organon we are always keen to create a sense of belonging and connection for our founders. So our founders feel motivated, happier, have higher productivity, and better health. As our founders spend most of their time on day-to-day activities, whether these are in the field or on calls, it is always a challenge to get some exercise or to casually connect with each other as a team.

Which is why our Employee Resource Groups team organized “Walk & Latte”, a morning walk followed by a coffee break for our founders in Lebanon and Jordan. It was a great chance for founders from all departments to connect with each other.

Walk & Latte is a testament to Organon’s culture in supporting the well-being of our founders and ensuring a good work-life balance.

🚫 Upper respiratory infections

✅ أنماط أعراض التنفس (ليلاً مقابل النهار، مع نشاط أو أثناء الراحة، استجابة لأية أدوية)
✅ المحفزات و الاستجابات المحتملة للأطعمة أو مسببات الحساسية المحتملة


🚨 Attention - Due to the difficulty of diagnosing in infants and children, the doctor can be helped in making the best diagnosis for the child by providing the following information:
✅ A family history of asthma or allergies
✅ A description of the child's behavior
✅ Patterns of breathing symptoms (night versus day, with activity or while at rest, in response to any medications)
✅ Potential stimuli and responses to foods or potential allergens

لحماية الطفل من محفزات الربو:
1️⃣لا تستخدمي مرطبات الهواء، والرذاذ المعطر في مكان تواجده
2️⃣لا تسمحي بتواجده في مكان مغلق به تدخين
3️⃣لقومي بازالة السجاد كلما أمكن
4️⃣ اغسلي الملاءات أسبوعيا بالماء الساخن
5️⃣إذا كانت الظروف الجوية محفزًا، فراقبي التوقعات الجوية، وقللي من وقت خروج الطفل في الهواء الطلق في أيام المشاكل
6️⃣أما إذا كان التمرين هو المحفز، فتحدثي إلى الطبيب حول ما يجب أن يفعله الطفل قبل التمرين وأثناءه وبعده


For the child’s from –
1️⃣ Do not use air humidifiers, and perfumed mists where the child is located
2️⃣ Do not keep the child in a smoking closed area
3️⃣ Remove carpets whenever possible
4️⃣ Wash sheets weekly in hot water
5️⃣ If weather conditions are a trigger, watch the weather forecast and limit your child's time outdoors on bad weather days
6️⃣ If exercise is the trigger, talk to the doctor about what child should do before, during, and after exercise

معرفة أعراض الربو عند الطفل مهمة للمساعدة في السيطرة المبكرة عليه، وأعراضه قد تتضمن:
1️⃣ضيق النفس
2️⃣ألم في الصدر
3️⃣صعوبة في النوم
4️⃣ونوبات السعال التي تزيد مع البرد والانفلونزا

Knowing the of in the child is important to help control it early. Symptoms may include:

2️⃣ Chest pain
3️⃣ Difficulty sleeping
4️⃣ And coughing episodes that are worsened by cold or flu.
