【Symposium】An International Symposium on Research and Development for Future Foods and Health in Moonshot Projects was held on November 19 at Komatsu Conference Hall, Research Innovation Center, Waseda University, and Dr. Kataoka and Mr. Okamoto gave their oral presentations.
