President-Elect William Ruto in NAKURU

1. We will revive Itare Dam before end of the year as we focus the administration to enabling farmers to adopt Irrigation as a way of making Cost of Living bearable.

2. We will bring down cost of Fertilizer and Seed to enable farmers produce food for us and therefore bring down cost of various items

3. We will distribute an extra 25 Milk Coolers to Nakuru. The programme just needs a single letter and it is back to life.

4. We will immediately start planning for an Industrial City in Naivasha. As we said in the campaign we will power it using Geothermal that is already available.

5. The Naivasha Industrial City will mainly focus on Leather and Textiles ( I will share the Value chain of the two later, for you to understand what is about to happen there)

6. Kenya will be Governed using the rule of law. We submitted to the law as IEBC announced the results, we will submit to the law as Supreme Court makes its decision. All Kenyans are equal before the law.

UPDATE: Tiaty MP Kassait Kamket(KANU) this afternoon met with President Elect William Samoei Ruto and according to the office of the president elect, Kamket has agreed to work with the Kenya Kwanza government.

President Kenyatta's Azimio REFUSE to sign agent attendance list of the scrutiny.

They demand that Smartmatic must open ALL servers.

The servers they want opened have nothing to do with Kenyan election.

Access to all back-ends associated with Kenya Election granted.

Azimio also want a draft report shared with them so that they agree to sign attendance

The Court has said there will only be a Final Report and Azimio can address Court on any matter arising

As a result Azimio now says the Court is NOT Transparent

What has actually happened is that

1. All 41 Ballots have reported no discrepancies between what was announced at the polling station, what has been physically counted by the court and what was on the IEBC Portal

All numbers match 100%

Judge Lenaola: Did the four dissenting Commissioners ever complain about Chebukati’s action before they walked out?

Judge Ouko: What are the ingredients to be satisfied before the Court that can invoke sec 80(4) of the Election Act as pleased by Azimio?

What is the relevance of spoilt votes in computing the Presidential results?

Judge Njoki: Can handwriting be capable of being changed in the form 34As through staging?

Does the voter suppression as claimed by Azimio affect only the Presidential election?

Judge Wanjala: What is the relevance of the voter turn out in the Presidential election?

Why could the dissenting Commissioners protest against Chebukuti’s harassments on time?

Judge Ibrahim: Feasibility of the reliefs sought; If the election is annulled, due to Chebukati’s malfeasance, what is probably way to guard on the possible lacuna in the event Chebukati is impeached?

Deputy CJ Mwilu: When did the Commission become dysfunctional and what were the corrective measures attempted?

In Maina Kiai's case; When a photo is taken in its original nature and form from the polling stations; are they taken as a PDF?

What should be done as a corrective measure against the "rogue" Chair of this dysfunctional Commission and whether to ignore the Constitutional safeguards which are already in place so far as his impeachment is concerned?

Should the actual winner be identified by the Court; should he be declared?

If the Chebukati is found culpable, what do we do should there be a repeat Elections in light of Article 251(2) CoK?

Address us also on Election offences whether if this Court makes an order against Chebukati on Election Offences, will the Supreme Court usurp powers of the subordinate courts that are supposed to deal with Election offences.

At what time was the Commission rendered moribund?

Judge Lenaola: Section 6 of the IEBC ACT states that the Chair must be an advocate of the High Court with the qualification similar to a Judge; if the Court removes Chebukati, will the Commission still be legally constituted to oversee an election?

10. The plot however failed as GSU and VIP security was NOT briefed on the Grand Plan.

11. As a result the team moved fast and secured Chebukati long before the rogue cops could move to action.

12. GSU got in and further spoilt the plan. At that point Gabow switched from the plot and acted to restore order.
