At BodyEQ we not only want to support your every day Pilates and movement workouts we also want to support our amazing community through the emotional and mental changes that at some point we all go through. We also love hosting BASI courses and workshops which you will not find anywhere else in Kenya. Inge Pretorius is a BASI Pilates Comprehensive Instructor, and in 2016 was appointed Faculty for BASI South Africa and Global. Since completing her training she continues to expand her Pilates education through Advanced Education Courses, recently having completed the Legacy Program under BASI Pilates founder Rael Isacowitz.
