My client here is on a journey. She wants to increase weight from 47kgs to 60kgs. We are finishing a month this week. Our training has been focused on 2 things: hypertrophy, and good eating. She's a lazy eater. She was barely doing 2 meals a day when she came to me. Now she's doing 3 meals. She's 49kgs so far, which shows we're on the right track. In the next 6 months, she should be able to have reached her goals.
