The article will cover the main causes of constipation and how it can be treated and prevented.
Constipation is having hard, dry bowel movements, or going less than 3 times a week.
Causes of constipation are:
1. Lack of fiber in the diet
2. Physical inactivity
3. Not drinking enough water
4. Others: Some medication, Stress, High intake of caffeine and alcohol, Not going toilet when needed, Change in routine etc.
Treatment:

Causes: Poor Life style, Body posture, Incorrect lifting & Sudden awkward movements etc.
Prevention:
✅Exercise. Build muscle strength & flexibility. KEEP HEALTHY WEIGHT.
✅Choose a seat with good lower back support & armrests.
✅Carry less: Heavy briefcases, bags, purses etc add stress. Use small wallet & keep it aside while seating & driving.
✅Avoid wearing High-heeled shoes frequently.
✅Detox/Cleanse Digestive System (Gut).
“Leg up the wall” technique:
Lie down on your back near wall. Place your bottom right up next to the wall & straighten your legs above you & then rest legs on the wall. L – Shape; Your spine should be perpendicular to the wall with your legs resting directly on the wall.
Do it Morning time before coming out from bed. At least 10 minutes. Combine it with reading or quick mobile check.

1. What is Thrombosis?:
Thrombosis is the process of a blood clot. It’s normal for body to clot blood during injury to prevent excessive blood loss from the body. Thrombosis will be serious issue if it happens wrong time; it’s prevent blood from flowing normally through the circulatory system. Types of Thrombosis are Deep vein / Portal vein / Renal vein etc.

DVT occurs when a blood clot (thrombus) forms in one or more of the deep veins in your body, usually in your legs.
3. Symptoms of DVT:
A. Swelling in one or both legs

C. Red or discolored skin on your leg
D. Veins that are swollen, red, hard, or tender to the touch
4. Why DVT Happens:
DVT can develop if you have certain medical conditions that affect how your blood clots. It can also happen if you don't move for a long time, such as after surgery or an accident, or when you're confined to bed or long travelling.
5. Prevention
A. Avoid sitting still. Don't cross your legs while sitting. If you're traveling a long distance by car, stop after sometime and move around.
B. Lose weight and quit smoking.
C. Exercise. Regular exercise lowers your risk of blood clots.
6. Treatment
A. Blood thinners medication (To be prescribed by Doctor).
B. Clot buster medicine - That breaks up clots quickly.
C. Filters – Insert filter into large vein to prevent clots that break loose from lodging in body.
D. Compression stockings.
