Since 2018, our company has been actively involved in the food and beverage industry in Phnom Penh, and since 2021, we have expanded our operations to Japan. We take pride in contributing to this wonderful community.

【🌟GRAND OPENING SUSHI-KAPPO KOIKI 18 December🍣】

Kappō is a traditional form of Japanese cuisine. Our restaurant offers a new style that combines traditional kappō and sushi. We are particular about the seasonings and ingredients, which we purchase directly from Japan, so you can enjoy the authentic taste of Japan.
Our main course, sushi, is carefully selected and purchased from Japanese markets, and our sushi rice is made with a blend of three different types of vinegar for a more flavorful taste. Handmade gari (pickled ginger) is also served with the sushi. We also offer meat sushi made with A5 class Wagyu beef at the end of the sushi cource, which will melt in your mouth and leave you in a great mood.
We do not cut corners in any of our other menu items, and we proudly serve everything from saikyo-yaki grilled fresh fish to chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) made with crab. Our restaurant has only four seats and is by reservation only. By doing so, we try to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your meal with your loved ones in a comfortable and private space for a small number of people. No other customers are present during the reserved time period, allowing you to take full advantage of our luxurious space.
We hope you will enjoy our sushi kappo cuisine prepared by a Cambodian chef who trained under Japanese sushi chefs.
