Dream Project Team conducted Training of Trainers (TOT) Training and quarterly Meetings at Sanctuary Residence.

From 18th-20th December 2023, thirty-seven participants joined the training, and the meeting included 17 teachers, 12 principals, two trainers, Mr. Peong Kimchhen from the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, and five PEPY staff.

The training aims to get Dream Class teachers and principals to understand the Dream Class facilitating style and skills for teachers. Moreover, we also conduct the Quarterly I meeting to update about the achievement and next quarterly plan.

Besides that, everyone participated in the Do No Harm training from Phnom Penh's Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) team on December 20.

Teachers and the principal expressed positive opinions on the meeting and committed to making the Dream Management Project go well this new year.

We welcome our new intake of 28 scholars to PEPY!
The PEPY Scholarship team was so happy to conduct the Integration Day to welcome our 28 new scholars for the academic year of 2023-2024! This orientation event helps scholars get to know each other and the PEPY team and prepare for life in Siem Reap City. Students got the chance to settle into their shared housing divided into two houses, a boy house, and a girl house in Siem Reap.
Then, We brought them to Jombok Hoas Adventure Learning Center in Preah Vihea Province to participate in many fun team-building activities to build the students' confidence, self-motivation, connection, and mentality; the students enjoyed all activities and learned.
We are happy that this new year, we have a chance to bring students to Jombok Hoas again, and we also want to give a massive thanks to the Jombok Hoas Team for providing a beautiful service to help Cambodian youth.

The PEPY Youth Empowerment Project Summarized Civic Engagement Project in 2023.
From September to November, the ten youth groups accomplished a Project Implementation at the target school in Kralanh and Srei Snam District Called “the Civic Engagement Project.”
The youth group has identified their project target areas and what they are planning to conduct to fulfill the needs through implementing between three to four activities to address the issue in the community of the school in the following details:
- Renovated three new libraries for three rural schools.
- Organizing a Waste Collection Campaign
- Organizing Sharing Events to reduce the drop-out rate.
- The Youth Civic Engagement Project in 2023 has benefited 1210+ people in seven schools in Siem Reap.

The project gave a lot of benefits to people in the community by increasing awareness and motivation, developing a sense of civic responsibility, and recognizing their role and duty as active members of their community.

Through civic engagement projects, youth develop stronger communication and advocacy skills. They learn to express their ideas effectively, articulate their concerns, and engage in constructive dialogue.

The PEPY's Learning Center team held a meeting for the first quarter of the 2023-2024 academic year.
The meeting focused on three projects of the Learning Center, English Project, ICT Project, and Youth Empowerment Project to implement activities or create new initiatives for the course syllabus. The Learning Center team collected survey feedback from alumni and current students to enhance and improve the initiatives, learning valuable insights from the students' feedback.
The team discussed and improved the course syllabus based on students' comments. Furthermore, the team followed up on activities, looking forward to welcoming new students for the year.

PEPY’s Dream Management Project Team is delighted to be back in the target community to start the recruitment process for the 2023–2024 dream students.

At the end of November, the project team collaborated with the school to promote the enrollment of students in various target schools to Grade 10, and we also shared the link to enrollment applications with Grade 11 and 12 students at our partner schools.

The twelve target high school lists were provided at Kralanh High School, Sen Sok High School, Varin High School, and new target high schools are Srekhvav High School, Kouk Doung High School, Reul High School, Sreivibolke High School, Pong Leu High School, Sna Techo 317 High School, Spean Tnot High School, Preah Theat High School, and Banteay Srei High School to students who were interested in participating in this orientation session.

We want to thank the school management, principals, and teachers for their excellent cooperation in disseminating and providing information to young people in rural areas as much as possible. We look forward to opening a new school year for Dream Management classes with students and teachers in 2023-2024!

PEPY's Scholarship Project team and the 2022 scholars recently held "The Second Parents Meeting" at the University of South-East Asia conference hall.
The event, attended by 88 participants, showcased the scholars' educational achievements, including a presentation of their experiences and various activities. Parents were treated to the traditional Robam Ken dance and poems, and the scholars expressed heartfelt apologies.
Two parents shared their joy and pride at their children's progress in knowledge and attitude, thanking PEPY for the scholarships. The event highlighted the parents' pride in their children's achievements and PEPY's satisfaction with the students' significant improvements.
