لأول مرة بالمستشفى .. رفع ورم من الدماغ بدون التخدير العام وبوعي تام
نجح فريق طبي في مستشفى الكفيل التخصصي، بعملية رفع ورم من الدماغ بحالة اليقظة وبدون التخدير العام للمريض، فيما كانت العملية الاولى من نوعها بالمستشفى ولم تحدث خلالها أي مضاعفات لدى المريض.
وقال إختصاصي جراحة العمود الفقري بالمستشفى، الطبيب اللبناني، د. عمر الأعور، في حديث صحفي، إن عملية أجريناها لرفع ورم من الدماغ تمت بحالة اليقظة وبدون التخدير العام وبقي المريض واعياً طوال وقتها، مؤكداً نجحنا برفع الورم ولم تحدث أي مضاعفات لدى المريض، ومن عواملها المهمة هو توفر التقنيات الحديثة في المستشفى.
وبين الأعور، إن مكان الورم كان معقد وهو بين الأعصاب الرئيسة المسؤولة عن حركة الأطراف السفلى، وهذا ما تطلب إبقاء المريض واعياً خلال الولوج لرفعه، بهدف مراقبة الأعصاب والتأكد من عملها طبيعياً وعدم تضرر حركة الاطراف، مشيراً إلى أنه تم إستخدام التخدير الموضعي فقط لتخدير طبقة الجلد والغطاء الخارجي للدماغ وتمت العملية وفق ما كان مخططاً لها.

37 y.o presented with sudden onset of headache, CTA demonstrated Acom-aneurysm, during coiling the second coil escaped from the aneurysm neck and closed right A4, patient underwent craniotomy for clipping and make an excellent recovery.
Astrocytoma resection in a 12 y.o girl who presented with a seizure, she underwent stealth guided DTI planning guidance to save her motor tract, and motor strip was mapped using MEP, arcuate fasiclous was underneath the tumor. #عراق
