When asked "What Motivated you to become a TVET welding and fabrication Teacher" Here's what Eddie Said "I was motivated to become a technical teacher based on two reasons. Firstly, the passion I have of being a TVET teacher and secondly, the demand of qualified TVET teachers in my country which have created the gap in the TVET sector of Liberia"

Through the Youth Rising project the European Union in Liberia and Government of Sweden are supporting the Government Liberia in addressing the Gaps of Qualified teachers and the many issues the TVET sector of Liberia is faced with.
