Today, we say thank you to our coach Tereza 💐 🎊 Tereza was a student with us since 2015 where she learned how to code in our all-girls sessions. Earlier last year, she joined us as a coach to pass her skills to new students! Tereza has now graduated from high school and will study physics in university.
We feel proud to have a role model coach like her for our students!

Renewable Energy ⚡️
This week, we started a new theme around sustainable energy forms.
After the video, the students continued to work on their projects. Defining functions, making a race game, and presenting a quiz!

Two of our young scientists👨‍🔬👩‍🔬, Daniil Murzykaev and Avanti Sharma, had the pleasure of attending an event organised by the Cellule Scientifique of the Chambre des Députés at the Cercle Cité. This exchange took place within the framework of the 'Conférence: les défis de la jeunesse au Luxembourg'.

Workshop4Me is at ! Avanti, is the first-ever speaker from Luxembourg at the conference! She was part of two insightful panel discussions over these two days. Avanti had the honor of interacting with Luxembourg’s Minister of Connectivity Elisabeth Margue, who mentioned Avanti in her speech at the 🇱🇺 Delegates Reception. On day 1, Avanti moderated the ‘Never Too Young to Lead’ session with Gil Rosen, CMO of Amdocs, Biju Nair, EVP of Assurant’s Global Connected Living business Unit, and Anne-Flore, VP and Head of T&M Europe at Capgemini. On day 2, Avanti was a panelist on the ‘How can we empower the vulnerable in a digital environment’ session alongside Jacky Wright, senior partner at McKinsey as the session moderator, John Warnes, Senior Innovation Officer at UNHCR, Anne Ruiz, Reasearcher at University of Salamanca, and Nikolay Frolov, Senior Security Researcher at Kaspersky.

Our senior team had the pleasure of being part of the Global Business Summit by the Economic Times! Our founder, was a panelist on the roundtable presenting her views on “Business for Global Peace” where she explained the importance of STEM education. shared her thoughts over an interview.

Did you know that only 5% of batteries are recycled? 🔋♻️ Today, we explored why batteries in phones get worse over time, how batteries work, and why recycling batteries is vital to protect the climate 🌎

Today, our students were introduced to the concept of magnetism while learning about the Voltaic Pile and batteries. They worked in teams to draw their own version of the Voltaic Pile by identifying metals and non-metals in the Periodic Table!

It's our first session of the term! Today, we discussed what smartphones are made of and their environmental impacts.

Avanti, delivered the closing keynote at Codemotion Milan earlier this week. Her talk was about "How the SDGs can learn from the journey of technology" and explored tech breakthroughs like the Telephone, generative AI and steady progress following Moore's Law, like Computers in 1945.
The talk was delivered on 25th October, during Halftime, and the day after World UN Day, where the headquarters was lit up with the SDG goals. was ended off with a game about women through history, by .lux

Our hackathon with was a blast 🚀 We had Corrine Lozé, CEO of Orange Luxembourg as head judge in project pitches!
