Michel Ney, aka The Bravest of the Brave, was one of the most famous marshals of Napoleon, best known for his exceptional courage and leadership on the battlefield.
He rejoined Napoleon after exile, then after the second abdication was arrested, tried for treason and sentenced to death by firing. During the ex*****on Ney refused a blindfold and gave the order to fire.
He is remembered as one of Napoleon's most loyal and courageous marshals. Ney's life symbolizes both the glory and downfall of the Napoleonic era.

Józef Antoni Poniatowski was a Polish patriot and military hero, who became a marshal of France. And as usual after a long period of excitement and emotions some people definitely need a quiet moment 🤫

It’s magic when the world comes together at the Olympic Games!
This was probably the biggest event recently, that we've managed to watch at least partly. The opening and closing ceremonies were hugely discussed during that time. We've certainly liked both, though many elements and symbols of the scene were criticized, it was spectacular to watch. Especially Assassin's Creed idea made quite an impression.

The damage is severe, there are a lot of trees down on cars and firefighters had to cut branches, because they broke off right in front of the vehicles. People were urged to consider not going outside their homes as it might be dangerous. And so we did, because at least painting must go on 🌬️

Storms and heavy rains are raging in Latvia. Riga as well as several other regions are severely affected by the cyclone. The strongest wind in the center of Riga reached 27m/s. Such gusts would cause minor damage in winter, but in the summer trees are leafy and break more easily. Stay safe wherever you are 🍃
