Taking cues from the neighboring residential housing, this home maximizes a flat site by lifting the quiet programs off the ground to float above the activity.

This type of layout organizes the primary public spaces into a core that connects seamlessly to the exterior. When doors retract, the wood-clad volume above becomes a canopy for indoor/outdoor living.

The language of the wood cladding provides warmth to offset the masonry and modulates around the structure to control views, sunlight, privacy and a vast water surface reflects the architecture.

Our architecture studio Parallel, designed this co-working space to be flexible, warm, comfortable, inclusive, collaborative, diverse and modern. The color palette of green, terracotta, orange and pink defines the various mixed areas. The space accommodates different working methods, featuring flexible meeting rooms, focus workplaces and a large event space.

Furnished by MARO Office Furniture, with chairs by Leyform Srl, Molto Luce lighting and Associated Weavers flooring completing the design.

At this year's Share Architectural Forum in Athens, remarkable architectural works from Central and South-Eastern Europe were showcased. Our architects' studio had the opportunity to present an interior design office project aimed at highlighting North Macedonian architects and their influence on the global architectural narrative.

It was a pleasure to present in front of a distinguished jury in the field of architecture, including Martha Thorne, Manuela Gatto, Roberto Beraldo, Asaf Kimmel and Pepe Gascon, among others. The experience was rewarding, as we connected with wonderful people and learned a great deal from their insights and achievements.

At the event, we were also delighted to connect with fellow architects and colleagues, including Martin Panovski, Marta Ilievska, Pako Radovanovic, Predrag Milutinović and ENOTA. It was a pleasure to be part of an event like this one!

From the beginning, we worked closely with the client to understand their vision for a flexible, warm, inclusive and collaborative space. They required a dynamic environment that embraces different working methods, offering focused work areas, flexible meeting rooms and a large event area, all within a 250m² workspace.

The design incorporates a vibrant color palette of green, terracotta, orange and pink to define the mixed-use areas, creating an inviting atmosphere.

This co-working space is furnished by Property One Office Furniture and serves as MARO Office Furniture's showroom. By prioritizing connectivity, adaptability and the spirit of collaboration, the design seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetic brilliance. This vibrant setting encourages individuals to push boundaries, make meaningful connections and grow professionally.

In our new project with a total area of 3000m², we focused on creating a space that promotes productivity and collaboration while offering flexibility and comfort. The space can be divided into two sections of 1500m² each, to suit the needs of your company.

The layout features a natural transition between mobile offices, open work areas, and flexible meeting rooms. Curved glass partitions enhance transparency and collaboration while maximizing natural light for a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The latest project we worked on is a hotel located in the heart of the picturesque city of Skopje, an urban oasis of renewal—a place to relax and rejuvenate.

The need for interior design is reflected in creating a unique and recognizable interior space within a distinctive architectural scheme. The rooms are designed as oases of relaxation; large windows can be adjusted to provide both privacy and openness. The hotel offers 5 categories of rooms and suites with different designs.

The hotel's restaurant serves as a venue for breakfast, private dining, and hosting smaller events. In the lobby, there is a bar, and on the top floor, guests can enjoy the unique Sky Bar with panoramic views of Skopje and the Vardar River.
