Iron man ရဲ့အိမ်ကအပြင်မှာတစ်ကယ်မရှိပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ Iron man ရဲ့အိမ်ကို inspiration ယူထားပြီးအနီးစပ်ဆုံး ဒီဇိုင်းလုပ်တည်ဆောက်ထားတဲ့အိမ်ကတော့ La Jolla, California မှာတည်ရှိတဲ့ Razor Residence ဘဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Iron man ရုပ်ရှင်ထဲမှာပါဝင်တဲ့ Tony Stark နေထိုင်တဲ့ Malibu Mansion နှင့် အနီစပ်ဆုံး တူအောင် ဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲထားခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Architectural Digest ၏ Top 100 designers စာရင်းဝင် Architect Wallace E. 1. Listen to understand
Client အသစ်တစ်ယောက်နဲ့ Designer တို့ ပထမဦးဆုံးတွေ့တဲ့အခါမှာ Designer တစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ စပြီးစဉ်းစားရမှာကတော့ သူတို့သည် အကူအညီလိုတယ်၊ ဘာ အခက်အခဲတွေ ရှိလဲ ဆိုတာကို သေချာ နားထောင်ပေးဖို့ လိုပါတယ် ။ အခန်းတွေမှာ လုပ်ချင်တဲ့ ပုံစံမျိုးစုံ စိတ်ကူးတွေရှိပြီးသား သူတွေလည်း ပါလာမှာပါ။ အခန်းရှိနေတဲ့ပုံစံနဲ့ Client လုပ်ချင်တဲ့ပုံစံ ထပ်တူမကျတဲ့အခါတွေလည်း ကြုံပါလိမ့်မယ်။ အဲ့အခါ ဘယ်လိုမျိုး ကူညီရမလဲဆိုတာက Designer ရဲ့ အဓိက တာဝန်ပါပဲ ။ သေချာ နားထောင်ပေးပြီး စိတ်ရှည်ဖို့က အရေးကြီးပါတယ် ။ ဖြစ်ချင်တဲ့ Client ရဲ့ စိတ်ကူးအတိုင်း ပုံဖော်ဖို့က အခန်းအနေအထားနဲ့ အခက်အခဲတွေ နားလည်သဘောပေါက်အောင် နားထောင်ပြီး ကိုယ့်စိတ်ကူးနဲ့ ပြန်ပေါင်း ပုံဖော်ခြင်းဖြင့် အဆင်ပြေပြေ ချောချောမွေ့မွေ့ Project ကို လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်မှာပါ။

2. Explain in detail
ကိုယ့်ဆီကို ရောက်လာပြီဆိုရင် လိုအပ်လို့ ရောက်လာတယ်ဆိုတာ အမြဲ အမှတ်ရပါ။ တချို့ Design နဲ့ Decoration ပိုင်းကို နားလည်တဲ့သူတွေလည်း ပါလာနိုင်ပေမယ့် ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် ကိုယ့် Idea လေးတွေ နဲ့ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ချင်လို့ ရောက်လာတဲ့ သူတွေများပါတယ်။ ဆိုတော့ စိတ်ရှည်ရှည် Color, Materials, Budget, Design, ရေ မီး နဲ့ အခြားပတ်သတ်သော အကြောင်းတော်တော်များများကို ကိုယ်က သေချာ နားလည်တဲ့ အထိရှင်းပြပေးဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်က designer/architect မို့ သိထားပြီးသား ဖြစ်ပေမယ့် စိတ်မရှည် မရှင်းပြချင်လို့ မရပါဘူး ။ လိုအပ်တဲ့ သိထားသင့်တဲ့ အပိုင်း မှန်သမျှကို detail ရှင်းပြပေးမှ client အနေနဲ့ အစိမ်းသတ်သတ်ကနေ နားလည် သဘောပေါက်ပြီး communication ကောင်းတခုကို ရစေမှာပါ။

3. Leave your ego
ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ စံနှုန်းတွေ ၊ Personal Favorite တွေ ကို နောက်မှာ ထားခဲ့ပါ။ Client နဲ့ စကားပြောတဲ့အခါမှာ သူတို့ ပုံဖော်ထားတဲ့ စိတ်ကူးလေးတွေက လူတိုင်းရှိပြီးသားမို့ အတင်း ကိုယ်လိုချင်တာမျိုး ၊ Client မကြိုက်တဲ့ အပိုင်းတွေကို အတင်းထည့်ပြောလို့ မရပါဘူး။ အဲ့အခါ နှစ်ဦးနှစ်ဖက်ကြားမှာ တင်းတင်းမာမာ အခြေအနေတွေ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်ပါတယ် ။ Designer အနေနဲ့ ကိုယ်လိုချင်တဲ့ ပုံစံမျိုး ရှိရင်တောင် client အကြိုက်နဲ့ ဘယ်လို ပေါင်းစပ် လုပ်ဆောင်လို့ ရမလဲဆိုတာ အမြဲတွေးပါ။ Vintage Design ကို နှစ်သက်တဲ့ သူရှိသလို Classic ဆန်ဆန်မှ Modern ဆန်ဆန်မှ ကြိုက်တဲ့သူတွေကလည်း အများကြီးပေါ့။ ကိုယ် အဝါရောင်ကြိုက်ပေမယ့် အဝါရောင်ပဲ သုံးဖို့ ပြောလို့ မရတဲ့အတွက် အဆင်ပြေပြေ Project လုပ်ဆောင်ဖို့က ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ Ego တွေကို ထားခဲ့ပြီး Project လေးတွေ လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရင်းက Client ရဲ့ စိတ်ကျေနပ်မှုကို ရစေမှာပါ။
အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အချက်လေးတွေမို့ designer တိုင်း လိုက်နာပေးရင်း ချောမွေ့ အောင်မြင်တဲ့ Project လေးတွေ တူတူ ဖန်တီးကြရအောင် ။

Our design takes inspiration from majestic bird, Aquila in Latin, means Eagle, also a symbol of power and grace. This Aquila Bar+Restaurant is an embodiment of the modern industrial style, a fusion of rugged charm and refined elegance.

The facade of Aquila is a tribute to magnificent bird, with groove lines that mimic the feathers radiating from its wings, captivating shadow as the sun dances across the sky, symbolizing purity and elegance.

The heart of this space is the stage, enveloped in a deep, enchanting black when the night comes alive. Black creates an atmosphere of mystery and intrigue, while colorful surroundings such as VIP spaces, sofa seating areas define the private realms, offering a sense of exclusivity.

A heartwarming bank environment with a modern twist

Decoholic team created a modern and inviting environment for Head Office of Myanmar Oriental Bank, M.O.B.

This project is designed to reach client's aim which is to create warm, open and productive space not only for guests but also for their banking employees. The project consisted of finding the balance between brand classic personality, and our modern and clean touch of material choices.

A wide, calm central area designed to serve mainly as a customer service experience but allow other activities to take place: private discussion for consultation, casual meeting at open counter area for customers to feel at ease.

Rechanneling A Vintage Soul

Decoholic team decided to re-channel the old building house into a new office for fine wine and steak production company.
Some of the popular colors from 1980s are brought back to design this office in a modern way. Enhancing existing green floor tiles and ceiling tiles, using gold and dark wood accents without ruining old vibe to modify this vintage building.
A great idea such as wine tasting bar is located at reception instead of typical reception counter to reflect company culture.

Budget but Premium!

အားလုံးဘဲ မင်္ဂလာပါခင်ဗျာ။ ဒီတစ်ခေါက်မှာတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ Decoholic Team ကနေ Design and Management ပိုင်းကိုတာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ ကမ်းနားလမ်းနဲ့ ဗိုလ်ဆွန်ပက်လမ်းထောင့် မှာရှိတဲ့ အသစ်ဖွင့်လစ်ထားတဲ့ RG Premium Pub တစ်ခုနဲ့ မိတ်ဆက်ပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

အရင်ရှိပြီးသား Restaurant နေရာလေးမှာ Client ရဲ့ Budget နဲ့အညီ Premium ဆန်ပြီး သက်ကြီးပိုင်းအတွက်ကော လူငယ်တွေအတွက်ပါ အေးဆေး chilling လုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ vibe မျိုးခံစားရအောင် design လုပ်ပေးထားပါတယ်။ Furniture တွေကို အရင်ရှိပြီးသား reused furniture တွေကိုအသုံးပြုပေးထားပြီး reused furniture ၏ အရောင်ကိုပိုမိုပေါ်လွင်စေရန် ကြမ်းခင်နှင့် မျက်နှာကျက် အရောင်ကို အမဲရောင်အသုံးပြုပေးထားပါတယ်။ အခန်းတစ်ခုလုံး၏ အရောင်ကို dark color ဘက်ဦးစားပေးထားပြီး Bar counter ၏အလှကို ပိုမိုပေါ်လွင်စေရန် အဖြူရောင်ဖြင့် ပေါင်းစပ် design လုပ်ပေးထားပါတယ်။ Local wood wall panel နှင့် bar counter မှာသုံးထားတဲ့ metal plate၊ wall art design တို့ဖြင့် bar တစ်ခုလုံး၏ အလှကိုပိုမိုပေါ်လွင်အောင် design လုပ်ပေးထားပါတယ်။

Lifestyle နဲ့ ပတ်သတ်တဲ့ နာမည်ကြီး နိုင်ငံခြား Luxury Brand တော်တော်များများကို ရောင်းချပေးနေတဲ့ Client လေးအတွက် ဒီ အခန်းလေးကို Simple yet Modern Luxury ဖြစ်အောင် Design ဆွဲထားပါတယ် ~ အိမ်ကို အလည်လာသူ မှန်သမျှနဲ့ မိတ်ဆွေတွေကို Product လေးတွေ ပြသနိုင်အောင် Display နေရာ အများဆုံး ထည့်သွင်း ထားတာကို တွေ့ရမှာပါ ၊ အခန်းစီတိုင်းကို အတတ်နိုင်ဆုံး Budget ထဲဝင်အောင် ဆေးရောင်လေးတွေ၊ Fabric Cushion လေးတွေ၊ lightings လေးတွေ နဲ့ပဲ Modern ဆန်စေပါတယ် ~ 🖤
