These are the simplest cookies to make! They’re crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and need only a few ingredients.

100g Plain Flour
30g Self-raising Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
90g Brown Sugar
60 ml Milk
30g Chocolate Chips/Nuts
Mix all the ingredients together and chill the dough in the freezer for 5 minutes. Then scoop out the dough and form the cookies. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

Carmelo Cini set up the Lamb Brand factory in the 1930s. Today, Lamb Brand is one of the leading food brands in Malta.
