Lead contractor for the construction of an extension and the extensive refurbishment of the old school building which was done with an investment of approximately €3.5 million by Foundation for Tomorrow’s Schools

Works carried out by AG Turnkey include the installation works of electricity systems, water and drainage services, design and build lighting system for a football pitch, artificial turf as well as services related to air-conditioning and information technology. We were also entrusted to carry out the finishes of the building, such as the
laying of tiles, plastering and whitewashing of
the walls and external facades, the installation
of sanitary facilities, as well as the installation of
apertures.

Design & Build

Photos of the new hall and sports complex at St. Thomas More College Santa Luċija Secondary School which were developed by FTS with an investment of approximately €4.6 million. We would like to express our gratitude to our client, FTS, who engaged us as the lead contractor on this exciting project.

Our experience allows us to take care of all phases of such turnkey projects from consultation and planning to project management and finishing. We have an in-house team of dedicated industry professionals who make sure projects are delivered on time.
