The Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives thanks Auditor General, Mr. Hassan Ziyath for his unmeasurable works and commitment towards the Institute and the Accounting profession of the Maldives.

Over the recent years, Mr. Hassan Ziyath has facilitated and initiated the first steps and missions that led to the establishment of the first ever professional Accounting body of Maldives.

As the president of the Institute, Mr. Hassan Ziyath has led the discussions at the Council of the Institute, providing guidance and advisory to the committees and Management of the Institute.

During the tenure of his presidency, Mr. Hassan Ziyath has demonstrated his skillful leadership which has paved the way, during one of the most challenging stages of the Institute. His wise counsel and patient judgement has been an inspiration to this Institute.

On behalf of all Council Members, Committee Members, Members of the Institute and the Management team, we convey our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Hassan Ziyath.

Congratulations to Mariyam Millath Ahmed, a Maldivian student studying in Sunway TES Malaysia for winning the ACCA Malaysian Prize for Advanced Performance Management (APM) in the March 2021 sitting.

We had a fruitful meeting with CA Maldives where we discussed on the ways we can work together and how we can actively contribute to CA Maldives in its efforts in the development of the accouting profession in the Maldives.

CA Maldives is pleased to announce that you can now apply for membership.

To apply for Audit license, individuals will have to first login, create a profile and apply for membership. Once membership is approved, members will be able to apply for the statutory audit license through the same portal.
