This week is all about the dumpling. Each handmade dumpling comes in bags of 30 cooked, then flash frozen for an easy to prepare snack or full meal. Varieties available are potato and cheese pierogi, Asian pork, or Korean veg $250 each bag. Pierogi are available now and the other two Thursday and Friday

This Tuesday I have Thai yellow curry as well as chiles en nogada. Thursday is Korean mushroom lettuce wraps as well as spaghetti Bolognese. All $150

Sorry for the late post as I had events all weekend. Tuesday is baingan bharta which is a smoked eggplant and tomato dish served over lentils as well as Thai veggie fresh rolls. Thursday is vegan Bolognese as well as mushrooms in mole. All $150

This week enchiladas de calabacita in red sauce and cheese as well as eggplant parmesan sandwich with sauteed green beans for Tuesday. Thai green curry as well as grilled fish in Caribbean carrot sauce and roasted veg for Thursday. All are $150

September 10th 4pm-10pm and 11th noon to ten I am hosting burgers for a cause. All proceeds will go to Vallarta Food Bank and families displaced by the hurricane. This week back to normal delivery schedule. Tuesday is Thai yellow curry as well as enchiladas de calabacita in red sauce and cheese. Thursday is Cajun seafood stew with tomato based broth and dark roux as well as kao soi which is a rice noodle dish in curry with vegan sausage instead of pork. All $150 and delivered from lower Amapas to stadium

This week I have black bean and corn veggie burger with citrus slaw as well as Singapore chow mei fun which is rice noodle with curry, soy, and egg sauteed with veg for Tuesday. Thursday is veggie bahn mi with mushroom pate pickled veg, cilantro, and sambaal and a side of mango salad as well as Korean lettuce wraps with mushroom, pickled red onions, and sambaal all $150 delivered from lower Amapas to stadium

I am away, so only Thursday delivery this week. I am doing both smoked marlin Alfredo and Moraccan chickpea tagine over cous cous $150

This week for Tuesday I have veggie korma and black bean and corn veggie burger with Oaxaca cheese and a side of potato salad. Thursday will be fish cakes with pipian sauce as well as veggie lasagna with soy based sausage

Tuesday is vegan bolognese with soy based Italian sausage as well as chiles en nogada stuffed with citrus achiote rice and fruits with sherry almond cream sauce and a side of sweet potato both $150
Thursday is Di San Xian- potatoes, peppers, and eggplant in a soy based brown sauce as well as my take on butter chicken using mushrooms instead $150 ea.

This Wednesday I will be offering Singapore chow mei fun which is curried rice noodles with veg cooked with egg as well as shrimp with cheddar grits and greens with bourbon bbq sauce both $150

Because of other bookings I will only be doing Wednesday delivery the next 2 weeks. This week's offering us Papas a la Huacainas which are Peruvian potatoes in a creamy yellow pepper sauce. I also have quinoa stuffed portobello mushrooms with sauteed veg. Both are $150

This week for Monday delivery I have Thai yellow curry and rajas poblanas in cream sauce with nopales each $150. Wednesday will be baingan bharta and Indian eggplant and tomato dish over lentils as well as falafel sandwich with Greek salad. Happy eating!
