Once Upon A Time In Rosarito

I just had to, so I ran over to Carmen’s Baja this morning to try out the Cali style breakfast burritos WARNING!!!! They are huge! We could only finish half, parking is a little tight but c’mon folks you can’t tell me a little walking won’t do you any good. I chatted with the owner, we went to the sane high school in the states. He said it would tak 20 minutes but actually it was much quicker, it gave me more time to chat with the owner and a couole other customers. NEXT WERK, he will have the ribeye, with Zfrence fries, guacamole and sour creme, I’m definitely in for that high school burrito memory. No eggs were injured in the photo shoot, but they were when he made our burritos, eggs, bacon, potatoes, beans, cheese and salsa. I never recommend anything unless I like it, but I do suggest you give it a try

We happened to stop at Taco Surf this afternoon, one of our favorites for 20 years or do, anyways, we noticed this restaurant where Baja Calypso used to be, the flood of memories, all the great times we had at Calypso, the new restaurant opened 4 weeks ago, I’m thinking of organizing a big group to go there, maybe in a weekend, like how we all used to hang on the back patio with cocktails and food, I think we need to do that again.

Starting on August 1, all dogs entering the U.S. (including those that left the U.S. and are returning, and regardless of the country they are coming from) must be:
• healthy upon arrival
• at least 6 months of age
• microchipped
• accompanied by a CDC Dog Import Form receipt and required vaccination and veterinary documents.
