Three days ago, we began repairing the roof that was damaged by strong winds. Unfortunately, heavy rain that afternoon prevented us from continuing our work. Finally, with good weather today, our team managed to complete the job.

Today, our team is at Paramount PJ Banglo repairing the roof that was blown off by a strong wind. Thankfully, the roof and ceiling did not fall on anyone or damage any cars. Additionally, we will be adding more metal trusses to support the high roof, as the highest point is particularly vulnerable to strong winds.

Besi adalah salah satu material yang sangat penting dalam kerja-kerja ubahsuai rumah. Terdapat dua jenis besi yang biasa digunakan, iaitu BS dan CQ.

- **BS (British Standard)** adalah besi yang mematuhi standard SIRIM, cukup saiz, dan lebih mahal.
- **CQ (Commercial Quality)** adalah besi yang berkualiti komersial, tidak cukup saiz, dan lebih murah.

We're grateful to our customer for recommending another job to us. This house is set for a renovation of at least 80%, and our goal is to transform it into the perfect home for our client. However, there's a challenge as the previous contractor made some questionable cuts to certain beams. To address this, we're devising cost-effective solutions to reinforce the structure and save our client money.
