The idea of Cofi-Jeli was inspired by the well known Japanese anime of “The Disastrous Life of Saiki.k” where the main character was a huge fan of coffee jelly.

We try to implement the element into the regime of Pour Over Coffee and expecting a satisfying outcome.
And it did!!

Beans in used to make the coffee jelly base is the bean of Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling. Its significant aroma of chocolatey and herbal blends enticingly well with the sweet topping of Vanilla Ice Cream..
Bitter sweet is what we all long for, isn’t it 🤍🫣
