运动后,身体体温会升高,并伴随着大量出汗,大多数人只想立刻洗个澡休息,但你知道吗?运动后有效的舒缓放松能够改善你的身体健康状况,让你在运动后感到更加神清气爽。
运动后放松的好处:-
1。)逐渐降低运动频率
良好有效的舒缓放松运动能够真正帮助你的身体恢复精力。当你在运动时,你的血压会因为身体的需求而升高。如果此时突然停止运动的话,身体需要增加的血流量就会减少,可能会使你感到头晕或恶心。
而渐渐降低运动强度直到完全停止,你的心率就会逐渐恢复到一个正常值。血管会收缩回正常的大小,血压也会回到一个正常的范围。
2。)通过拉伸动作改善灵活性
运动后是改善身体灵活性的最佳时间。有效的拉伸运动也会帮助你减少运动后的肌肉酸痛。
